ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared and shipped as soon as possible. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, weekends, holidays, and product availability.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Available shipping methods and rates will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

PREORDERS

Products listed as preorders have not yet begun shipping. An estimated shipping or release timeframe will be provided on the product page whenever possible.

Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to printing, production, inventory, or shipping circumstances.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the items may be shipped together when the preorder becomes available unless otherwise stated.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment.

Rainbow READventure is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make it right. We may request photographs of the item and packaging.

If tracking shows that your package has been lost in transit or you experience another delivery issue, please contact us and we will help determine the appropriate next steps.
