RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Rainbow READventure purchase!

RETURNS

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

To request a return, please contact us through our website contact form. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

For returns due to a change of mind or an item ordered by mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your book arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

PREORDERS

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund before the order begins processing for shipment.

Once a preorder has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. After delivery, the regular return policy above applies.

Please note that estimated preorder shipping or release dates may change. If there is a significant delay, we will provide updated information when possible.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when a refund results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective order for which Rainbow READventure is responsible.
